oh man. i dont know why its so hard for me to say things right. i must learn how to speak to the press now and prepare press releases before opening my mouth. i hope she gets the message that i tried to convey and not twist the things i say (eh, rhymes!) and the photographer says i have a sad smile. dang. i think i was kinda crappy. i didnt know what i was saying. i think it was 70% nonsense. oh dear. should i be dead now. yes. oh man. im a loser babyyyyyy so why dont you kill meeeeee. ok forget it. it has happened and its fated to happen.

thank you jannah for helping me paint my room. best friend kan? lol. left with the ceiling and cornice. hopefully my room can be done by end of this week insyaAllah. actually the plan is to finish it by today but i realise i have plenty of documents to settle today and tomorrow so haiseyman,  have to push it forward.

and my sister asks me to the zoo tomorrow. i miss the zoo i wanna feed the kangaroo (eh that rhymes!). but but i got a lot of work to do! (eh that rhymes again!) i know i will miss out on a lot of fun if i skip this family outing. so should or shouldnt i? im going to ‘waste’ one week in malaysia in december. cant ‘waste’ any more time, dang. but somehow im so thrilled about the idea of a luxurious living – swimming in a pool where i can clearly view the twin towers. insyaAllah.

oh and im meeting shidah for changi nasi lemak breakfast on thursday which is awesome. havent met her in ages.

sometimes i regret saying the things i say to my parents. i hope they forgive me. when my father requests for coconut bun, when my mother orders me to go to nenek’s to pick up the lauk… i just feel ahhh! i really have better things to do, you know! but think about it, what can ever be BETTER than fulfilling your parents wishes. what? what?! tell me.

seriously i have to put my priorities right.

now im having a headache. maybe i deserve this afterall. astaghfirullah.

ok now should i go for a week holiday in malaysia, considering i have a company to run? but i need a break, really. i cant stand working on this on every waking tick. its silently destroying every living cell of me. grrr. ok decided. exclusive villa, pool and exquisite dining and  relaxation – here i come malaysia! insyaAllah.

sometimes i dont understand why im so blur. i really am and its genuine. and abang abu actually said: ‘apasal dengan budak ni?’ which is not a really good start but insyaAllah, ill try to be more…confident.

so to set up a company in singapore:

first step: you need to reserve a name at ACRA which you need to log in with your SINGPASS (if you dont have one, go to any SINGPASS kiosk) and it will take approximately 3 working days to be approved.

second step: upon approval, you should now find an appropriate law/account/secretarial company to e-file, stamp and sign your documents like m&aa, board of resolution and this process will take another 3 days minimum.

third step: to run a private limited, by law, you have to appoint a secretary throughout your business year.

fourth step: to set up a corporate bank account, you will need all the documents (mentioned in the second step) that have been signed by the appointed secretary and this will probably take a few hours.

additional fifth step: and in my case, i need to call YBS to deposit the initial start up, make a copy of the transaction, before i can mail it to SPRING and receive the actual YES! grant.

man. its actually very simple. why oh why did i have to take so long to figure it out.

i wished i had known all these steps earlier so i could have done all these within 1 week. i wasted too much time doing other things and little did i realize the deadline is near. man. ok but lesson learned alhamdulillah. i hope some parties are able to forgive me. sincerely, i hope that those out there who wish to set up a company, find someone who has registered before, instead of reading ACRA to DIY, seriously.

im so penat. so many things to do but better than nothing to do. alhamdulillah.  i cannot even watch tv. or go out to buy strawberry milk tea. no time! im always in front of this laptop, i just hope it wont get sick of me.

heres the breakdown: 20% email. 70% ms word. 10% other stuff: facebook, wordpress, youtube. heh.

70% ms word because its my workspace.

anyway i wanted to have an office but oh my goodness. the size of a toilet! id figure it would be more appropriate to convert my room into my very own office and besides, i would save about $10k in a year. i need to revamp my room. i need to buy furniture. i need to repaint. i need to go to the bank. i need to go to the lawyer. i need to do up my requirement for the web development. i need to do all these before i can relax. sadly, i dont think its anytime soon. but insyaAllah. and tomorrow i have a wedding to attend.

im sorry i cant mange it well but insyaAllah. tomorrow will be better.

penat sey tak bedek. pening sey. geram sey. kalau jalan itu mudah, jalan itu tak bawak ke mana. kalau jalan tu banyak susah, mesti punya bawak ke tempat istimewa. the same goes with everything i guess. MAJU FORWARD HADAPAN GO GO GO!

so there are plenty of things to do. i realise that there are so many obstacles and so many barriers to achieve even such small things and i just cant do anything but wait in patience. its frustrating. i guess i must learn to be more aggressive. dang. segalanya dalam genggaman! everything has to work concurrently. and im such a bad multi-tasker. try. ok dont try. DO IT. just dont think too much JUST DO. GOSH. please intan wake up no more dreaming youve been dreaming for far too long and when it came true you are still building things in the air. please burst it. burst! ok.
